The location was superb. It made exploring the area very easy. The staff were helpful when needed. I especially liked the signature scent. It was quite unique.
I found that the hotel did not guarantee the room I booked. This was frustrating. I booked a Double Room Terrace View. I was given a double room on ground level with a sidewalk view.

The location was really central. Everything was close by. i could use the escalator in rossio station. It eliminated many steps to the hotel.
i was good, the first night is charged. they were not willing to make cancellations fair to the current times even though they are not fully booked.

the breakfast was really good (i especially loved the fresh pastries). the hotel's location is perfect for exploring, a true highlight. the minibar was complimentary, a great touch.

i found the location quite convenient. the staff were helpful, particularly with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection, it was very welcome.
The room i booked was not initially available. I had to wait a day to move to the correct one. the mini-bar was not consistently restocked daily. the noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive twice.

the hotel did not guarantee i got what i booked. they refused to work with me to make it right. the hotel charged a cancellation fee. the cancellation policies were inflexible during uncertain times.

The location is amazing. The gym was small but good enough and very clean. I liked the city tour included and I learned a lot. I see a nice library in the hotel.
The hotel is lovely. I booked a room with terrace and view. I received a room on ground level without a terrace. The room had a view of the sidewalk. I didn't get what I booked.

The minibar in the room was not consistently replenished. I expected daily restocking to be more reliable. The gym has limited equipment. It requires more machines for a comprehensive workout. I found this subpar.
