central location rossio station cancellation policy current times
The location was really central. Everything was close by. i could use the escalator in rossio station. It eliminated many steps to the hotel.
i was nice, the first night is charged. they were not willing to make cancellations fair to the current times even though they are not fully booked.

i found the location quite convenient. the staff were helpful, particularly with directions. the breakfast buffet offered a generous selection, it was very welcome.
The room i booked was not initially available. I had to wait a day to move to the correct one. the mini-bar was not consistently restocked daily. the noise from the street at night was a bit disruptive twice.

amazing location clean gym nice library ground level sidewalk view terrace absence
The location is amazing. The gym was small but good enough and very clean. I liked the city tour included and I learned a lot. I see a nice library in the hotel.
The hotel is lovely. I booked a room with terrace and view. I received a room on ground level without a terrace. The room had a view of the sidewalk. I didn't get what I booked.

The minibar in the room was not consistently replenished. I expected daily restocking to be more reliable. The gym has limited equipment. It requires more machines for a comprehensive workout. I found this subpar.
